Additionally, payment may be made by certificate issued by or under authority of the owners or operators of this website. Payment in whatever form (by credit card, debit card, certificte, or otherwise) will be treated the same as cash to the extent that cash or cash equivalent is actually paid as a result of such credit card, debit card or certificate payment transaction.
Certificates
For services for which a fee is required, payment may be made by certificate issued by or under authority of the owners or operators of this website. Only the owners or operators of this website or their licensees may issue or sell certificates. Any certificate which is sold, resold, or for which a fee or other consideration is paid to acquire without authorization of the owners and operators of this website is void; and, the provision of services may be refused for any such certificate.
Ninety (90) Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Within ninety (90) days after initial payment for a service, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Satisfaction guaranteed means that you may request an adjustment or refund in accordance with the adjustment and refund policy of these terms and conditions without any other reason.
Adjustment and Refund Policy and Procedure
In the event you are not satisfied with the service provided within thirty (30) days after initial payment for a servoce, or in the event of an erroneously created document, improper instructions or other errors in the assistance provided by this website, an adjustment will be made upon request and verification. The adjustment request must be made by the person under whose File Name a payment was actually made. If the adjustment request is based on your satisfaction, it will be verified that the request is made within ninety (90) days of initial payment for a service. If the adjustment request is based on an error, the error will be verified.
If an adjustment is approved in accordance with these policies, an adjustment will be made which may include a credit for or a refund of any payments made. An adjustment will only be made for the File Name, or to the credit card, debit card or other account from which a payment was actually made.
If an adjustment is requested when payment has been made by a certificate, a refund will only be made to the orginal certificate purchaser's credit card, debit card, or other cash equivalent account.
A refund will not exceed the amount actually paid in value.To obtain the adjustment, select the Feedback form at the bottom of most pages. You must enter your File Name on the form. Enter the invoice number received after creating the document in the Subject field. Enter Adjustment Request in the Subject field of the form.

If you experienced a problem, describe in detail the problem or error you have experienced and what you believe caused the problem or error. If you simply decided you are not satisfied, specify satisfaction guarantee.
If you desire a refund, addlitionally specify Refund Request in the Subject field of the form. Also, in the comment, provide a daytime phone number and a list of times you will normally be available where we may contact you to verify the card number and File Name from which payment was made.
For your security, we do not store credit card or account information from which payments are made.
An adjustment should normally be made or an approved refund posted to your account within 7 days after verification of an adjustment request. After making an adjustment request, the finished printable document and instruction sheet for which an adjustment has been requested will no longer be available to you from this website.
If you have provided an email address, you will receive an email confirmation of an adjustment request; and, an email confirmation of action taken.Upon verification, an adjustment will be approved for any request made within thirty (30) days of initial payment for a servoce, or for any error which occurred as a result of erroneous information provided by this website. An adjustment request which is made in good faith, having all required information, will normally be honored.
An adjustment request requires and is a certification that you have destroyed and deleted all electronic and paper copies of the document and instructions created; and, that you will not use nor attempt to use any documents after an adjustment request is made. Do not remove a document from this website if you desire an adjustment for that document. No adjustment will be provided for transactions which cannot be verified.
In the event of a lost File Name you may contact our customer support to request an adjustment. To obtain an adjustment, you will be required to provide the invoice number received on the final instruction sheet or in an email message after payment for a document. The invoice number is also available in the list of Finished Documents made under a File Name for information stored on our secure server.
The adjustment procedure provided in this provision is the only and exclusive remedy available to correct errors.
Waiver of Terms
The failure to require, insist upon or enforce performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not waive or affect the right at a later time to enforce the same. No waiver of any breach of any term or representation contained in these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing, and no waiver of any one or more instances shall be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver of any such condition or breach in other instances or a waiver of any other condition or breach of any other term.
